Bravera Holdings Corp. is hiring for a Business Intelligence and Analysis Manager in Bismarck or Dickinson, ND. This position is responsible for working with management and departments to identify, create and deploy Enterprise Workflows to automate and streamline business processes. This position will help manage and design a dynamic and self-service reporting environment.

Measures of Success

  1. Develop and manage Enterprise Workflow technology and environment to automate and streamline business processes.
  2. Managing and designing a dynamic and self-service reporting environment to meet department objectives, business development and overall corporate strategy.
  3. Is a strong self-starter, promotes teamwork and open communication within the department and with all subsidiaries of Bravera.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for working with departments to identify opportunities for business process improvement. Create, support and deploy Enterprise Workflows to automate business processes.
  2. Assist Business Units in developing and mapping connectivity between systems to automate workflow and reduce dual input.
  3. Responsible for managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, access control, and security. Responsible for training end-users on new reports and self-service dashboards.
  4. Responsible for working with management and departments to collect, manage and report data to help solve business initiatives.
  5. Responsible for working with management and departments to develop strategies, techniques and tools for developing, retaining and acquiring customers.
  6. Responsible for ensuring business guidelines are met when processing business data.
  7. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
  8. The employee will adhere to all rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
  9. Must be able to work in a team environment, provide excellent end-user support when required, and up-hold a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, courteousness, and ethics.
  10. Must have strong communication skills in order to work with a variety of users and technicians, as well as with vendors.
  11. Contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science or similar field.
  2. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
  4. Proficient in data reporting technologies and data visualization skills
  5. Strong written and verbal communication Skills

  1. An acceptable combination of education and experience
