Job Description

Hauptaufgaben

• Vorbereiten und Rüsten der FIC Anlage

• Bauteile/ Vorrichtungen nach Arbeitsplan für den FIC Reinigungsprozess vorbereiten

• Prozessführen und -überwachen

• Durchführen von KVP und 5S zur Identifikation und Vermeidung von Verschwendungen

• Verstehen und interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen

• Prüfen von Bauteilen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse (Selbstprüfen)

• Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten an komplexen Maschinen

• Ausfüllen der Qualitätsprotokolle

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Polymechaniker oder vergleichbare praktische Kenntnisse in der Anlagenbedienung oder ähhliche Erfahrung

• LEAN und KVP Prozess Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
