Global Education Services (GES) Intern Remote, United States - OneStream Software LLC Employment Type Internship (Full-Time) ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing internship opportunities with OneStream Software. We are a financial software company, headquartered in Rochester, Michigan. We offer a financial consolidation software, and marketplace solutions, to large organizations across the world. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we offer our customers the ability to store their data using Microsoft Azure. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Global Education Services is a team of professionals setting out to build a best-in-class training and enablement programs for OneStream's fast-growing network of technical professionals -- employee, partner, and customer. GES includes teams dedicated to content development, instruction, certification exams, OneStream Press, the ONE Community, responsible. Our target audience includes Software Developers, Implementers, Administrators and Business Users. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for training and helping others and enjoys balancing technical and creative skills in a highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with our Technical Education Consultants and Instructional Designers to assist with the design and development of training content that is engaging, relevant, and technically accurate. This will include creating, updating, and/or reviewing training materials for instructor-led courses, interactive eLearning, hands-on labs, virtual workshops, etc. Internship areas are based on previous years and can be subject to change DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Formal Education and Certification In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area 4 GPA or higher Junior, senior, and graduate-level students preferred Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required Personal Attributes Highly motivated and self-directed Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations Comfort with speaking to individuals and presenting to large groups Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong ability in building and maintaining positive relationships Proven ability to identify and resolve problems while maintaining professionalism Strong organizational skills across both a team and individual setting Able to work on a broad variety of projects Adaptable to changing needs and situations Ability to establish credibility and trust Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship WHO WE ARE OneStream is an independent software company backed by private equity investors.
