The Global Program Manager will be responsible for the flawless execution and project oversight of all assigned real estate related projects in the Global region.

You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met and will also manage some projects yourself.

How you will contribute

You will be:

  • Responsible for project oversight of all assigned real estate related projects in the Global region.

  • Work with the REFM global team to ensure the estimating and planning parts of the pre-project approval process are streamlined and efficient.

  • Drive integration of Workplace Standards into all appropriate projects to ensure a common look, feel, and performance throughout the portfolio.

  • Oversees a team of retained/outsourced program and project managers; assigns work and provides direction with regard to timeliness and completion of project objectives; addresses performance issues within prescribed guidelines; provides performance input upon completion of project.

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with all project estimates, facilitate triple check process and approve prior to project financial approval.

  • Complete Integrated Permit assessments for each project prior to financial approval.

  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to develop and maintain master project schedules; ensures master schedule adherence to mitigate risk and enable effective project delivery.

What you will bring

  • Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects in multiple regions/markets

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members

  • Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions

  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making

  • Focus on cost-effective innovation in program delivery

  • Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners

Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction - preferred

  • Interpreting architectural plans and familiarity with facility systems, relocations, furniture, and space planning

  • Strong project management / architecture /construction / estimating capability

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation abilities

  • Understanding of Change Management principles

  • Real Estate transactions a plus
