Qualifications / Key Experience

Engineering, Inspection or Laboratory background.

Good understanding of Manufacturing controls, Specification, Visual standard etc.

Ability to work with the team & across functions to achieve an agreed service level while maintaining integrity of assessment.

ERP manufacturing control experience is an advantage

Understanding of gas turbine and associated application of turbine component coatings.

Awareness of aerospace engine products and materials

Good knowledge of Process activity rates, Advanced manufacturing and Cost effective manufacturing methods

Good knowledge of Raw material forms and process (casting, forgings, FBWR, sheet etc)

Good knowledge of special process such as heat treatments, chemical processing etc.

Education & Professional Qualification

Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Minimum hands on experience in Manufacturing Engineering 8-10 years

Should have background on Quality Management Systems

Green Belt certification in any Quality initiative would be added advantage

Computer/SW skills

MS Office tools : MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint,MS Project.

CAD tools : UG
