Senior Specialist, Rewards, Recognition, and Well-Being (RRWB) - Wealth Accumulation (Retirement)

This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a 12-month assignment. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Senior Business Program Specialist role between October 2024 and October 2025 for our Rewards, Recognition and Well-being team.

Work you'll do

The Senior Specialist will support and contribute to specific program and project activities for Deloitte's US Wealth Accumulation program consisting of 401(k) savings, profit sharing, and cash balance plans. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Deliver assigned services for Wealth Accumulation/retirement and/or financial well-being programs and projects under supervision of managers, senior managers, and leaders.

  • Prepare reports, presentations and research using statistical and narrative data for communication and presentation to management.

  • Prepare and maintain project plans for ongoing and special projects and coordinate project plan activities across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assess effectiveness of current or proposed programs and makes improvement recommendations as appropriate.

  • Support special projects which may include technology and workforce transformations, automation and data clean-up initiatives, strategic communication campaigns, process documentation and improvement, and others as requested by RRWB leaders.

  • Support retirement benefit processing and data analysis as required.

    While this is a US based role, the successful candidate could have opportunities to support US Firm locations in additional countries, particularly India and Mexico, in the future. The individual selected for this role must have excellent project management skills, the ability to think both strategically and tactically, ability to prioritize tasks, manipulate large data sets and be comfortable learning and operating across multiple technology platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, data analysis, and/or defined contribution and/or defined benefit retirement programs, or related experience

  • 1+ years of direct experience analyzing and working with large data sets

  • 1+ years of experience working within Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Preferred

  • Experience managing deliverables and performing job responsibilities in a 100% virtual environment

    Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte's health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte's Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.
