Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science or closely related degree and proficiency in Salesforce CRM application
Job Duties: Work with management team to design, develop, and implement custom proprietary software solutions for customers to optimize efficiency; Analyze user needs and develops solutions for software applications; Analyze and trouble-shoot technical issues and malfunctions associated with applications; Develop innovative applications in the field of regulatory compliance, case management, investor and investment data accumulation and analysis, investor data management, custom reporting, and custom management, investor, and advisor Dashboards; Undertake development activities that may occur such as additional specific functionality, interfacing to external systems, or conversions to be built; Import and export conversion functionality for applications outside of the companys platform to create and execute a data conversion plan; Set up production environment and product runs including database administration; Recommend improvements to the existing software applications as necessary; Learn critical characteristics of the investment advisory industry to provide a practical and intellectual foundation from which to then develop industry-specific applications. clients from an external application onto the companys platform of various software applications.
