Join us as a Sales Representative, where you'll drive planning, marketing, and sales in a designated territory for AMERICAN's products and divisions. Cultivate lasting relationships with stakeholders, lead negotiations, and ensure optimal contracts. As a Sales Representative, you will facilitate communication between AMERICAN and end-users, providing timely quotations. Manage accounts, coordinate with marketing, and stay updated on sales activities. In this role as a Sales Representative, you'll regularly communicate with management for guidance on sales initiatives and issue resolution. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, with technical related experience. Proof of degree required. A transcript or diploma would be acceptable and must be provided.
  • Must exhibit an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to read and interpret specifications for projects involving our products.
  • Must be willing to transfer within the continental United States.
  • Open to departmental transfer to other Sales positions within the ADIP Sales Department or the Sales Division (ADIP, AFC, Steel Pipe, International Sales, etc.).
  • Must be able to work overtime on weekdays and/or weekends as required to fulfill job duties.
  • Must be available to travel a minimum of 60% of the time. More travel may be required depending on sales territory.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in technical and communication skills.
  • Familiar with AMERICAN's manufacturing process.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.
