Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Bird Island, MN. From: 03/09/2024 to 12/1/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week; Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must apply by: 07/21/2024 NOTE: Job Duties: Drive and operating farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest corn, soybean and sugar beets. Attach farm implements, and tow harvesting equipment. Spray fertilizer or pesticide solutions on crops. General lubrication, service (check fluids) to farm machinery. Load and unload crops. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children on the farm. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
