Position: Office Clerk

Status: Full-time, Hourly Non Exempt Pay Range: $16 - $18

Join our growing team in an entry level position as an Office Clerk. You will enjoy a fast paced work environment with varied tasks throughout your work day.

Job Duties (Essential Functions include but not limited to)

  • Prepare all outgoing mail for post office- including and not limited to collation, document insertion, postage, completing all necessary paperwork, internal deliveries.

  • Pick up and Deliver mail to the Post Office – a minimum of two times per day.

  • Create documents, maintain both physical and electronic files, including encrypted documents and e-mail correspondence.

  • Prepare, process and review: invoices, debit/credit batches and statements on a weekly/bimonthly/monthly schedule.

  • Assist Accounts Receivable with preparation of incoming receivables, cash application, monthly/bimonthly automatic payment processing.

  • Provide coverage for the corporate office receptionist, this will include greeting guests, use of a mutli-line phone system, UPS shipment preparation, rewards support.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Excellent communication, verbal, written and active listening.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook, for communication as well as analyzing data.

  • Problem solving, Critical thinking and decision making abilities.

  • Possess valid State issued driver license

  • Work in sitting or standing position for periods of up to three hours.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

  • Must be available to work overtime as required and Saturday mornings as needed.
