What You’ll Do: A positive mentor can change the life of a child's life forever! As one of our mentors, you will work directly with youth and families in the community, home, or school. Like mentors with other programs, you will organize recreational and learning activities for a child, role model appropriate behaviors, and offer emotional support. Unlike with other programs, our mentors provide critical therapeutic support to children and teens. You will be an impactful part of a youth’s life and a crucial member of their treatment team. What We Need from You: The children and families in Youth Dynamics care deserve to receive services from the best Montana communities have to offer. Successful candidates for this position will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years' experience working with youth facing mental health, behavioral, or developmental challenges. Post-secondary education will be considered in place of education. What You Will Receive from Us: As a flexible, part-time Family Support Assistant, you choose the hours that work for you.
