CITY OF BILLINGS SPORT CAMP COUNSELOR in BILLINGS, Montana

Sport Camp Counselor - $14.00 - $16.00 per hour - Four (4) Positions Available. Schedule: Sport camps are held randomly throughout the summer. Preferred May 30, 2024 until August 30, 2024. Can be flexible on dates. Hours vary each week based on a specific sport. Typical schedule is 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with the latest camp (Soccer) ending at 2:30 p.m. Basketball, volleyball, soccer, flag football, and other duties are assigned such as Rec2U and our three (3) main summer camps. Must meet minimum age requirements. Assist Summer Sports Camp and Facilities Intern with operating and running Summer Sports Camps including Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Flag Football, and other duties assigned such as Rec2U and our 3 main summer camps. Self-motivated individuals that will be directly responsible for establishing a sport specific curriculum for a variety of age ranges and gender. Applicants must be knowledgeable in sport of interest or a variety of sports, be dependable, and able to work with children. Requirements include CPR/First Aid American Red Cross Certification. Will train counselors to obtain updated certifications. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Equal opportunity employer.
