ROCKY MOUNTAIN COLLEGE OFFICE MANAGER / CASHIER in BILLINGS, Montana

Position Description: RMC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Office Manager / Cashier. This position is responsible for greeting the public, students, faculty, and staff who visit the Business Office as well as accepting all cash receipts, recording of payments on student accounts, and preparing bank deposits. In addition, this position enters requisitions and assists in the overall operations of the Business Office. The Office Manager / Cashier must be detail-oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This full-time position will report to the Controller and the salary range is from $35,000 to $38,000 per year. This position is open until filled. Qualifications and Requirements: - Associate's degree or equivalent with an accounting or similar focus, from two-year College or technical school; or - A minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or - Equivalent combination of education and experience.
