Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS)

Position located in Billerica, MA

$21.00 PER HOUR

Tuesday 1pm-11pm; Thursday & Friday 4pm-12am; Saturday 9am to 11pm

What You Will Do:

Implement, model and monitor progress of behavior support plan. Provide support to adults with mental health and behavioral health challenges living in a Group Living Environment. Delivers interventions designed to support Persons residing in an Intensive Group Living Environment (IBGLE) in the development of skills in all areas of functioning under the guidance of licensed clinical staff. Partners with Persons to work towards personal goals in order to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. Follows the individualized positive behavior support plans and skill acquisition goals for all Persons served in the IBGLE.

Who You Are:

High school diploma or equivalent required. BA or BS preferred. Experience working in a residential setting and Experience using the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Supports PBS preferred. Valid driver’s license required. First Aid, CPR, CPI, WELLE and MAP certification within three months of hire required. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word within three months of hire required.
