Summary of Position:

The Assistant Director provides operational support and is responsible for advising global and international students and scholars on cultural, immigration, and personal concerns; coordinates programs and workshops that support departmental goals with a positive impact on retention; assists in planning and implementing new international student orientation programs, develop connections with off-campus resources; collaborate with other University departments to prepare students as global citizens; assists in immigration, international enrollment efforts, globalizations efforts, and coordinating study abroad efforts and growth. Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission. The anticipated start date for this position is November of 2023. However, this is an estimated date and can be revised if needed.
