Position: Bar Manager - Full time 

Location: Beverly Eagles 3665

Pay Rate: Will be Salary- Based on Experience     

*Hours of Operation: *Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM and Sunday: 11:00 AM -8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee  and manage bar operation.
  • Manage bar and kitchen staff.
  • Inventory/order/stock alcohol and food items.
  • Schedule and take deliveries.
  • Locate and book entertainment.
  • Schedule staff and fill where needed. 
  • Prioritize customer service and provide an enjoyable experience for patrons.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facility to ensure an inviting atmosphere
  • Maintain honest communication with trustees.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Previous bartending experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of mixed drinks.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and make change accurately utilizing a POS system.
  • Must be reliable and dependable. 
  • Present a neat and clean appearance.
  • Must be able to pass state background check.
