Innovative Metrics Digital Media Buyer for Direct Response in Beverly Hills, California

Innovative Metrics is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in our Beverly Hills office. The Digital Marketing Manager will create and manage all digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, sales or signups for various online products or services.

The ideal candidate must understand how to create, manage and optimize online digital campaigns while hitting a CPA goal at scale.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $300,000+ a year with strong performance bonuses.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and strategize – Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to generate traffic and convert leads, sales or signups from various online properties. Lead, develop and manage all types of web campaigns in social, display, native, direct partnerships, DSP, ect.  

  • Measure – Report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and compare to the goals required. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies to ensure success and scale.

  • Optimize and iterate – Strategize to generate scale at the lowest cost possible.

     

    Requirements:

  • Experience leading and managing digital advertising campaigns for direct response in lead generation, signups or sales

  • Proven experience in a similar position

  • Must have experience buying media on a CPC, CPM, CPA/CPL basis

  • Must have working direct response experience using some or all of the following channels: CPM/CPA Email, Display, DSP using open exchange and/or PMP deals, Native, Google/Bing, 3rd party ad networks, social, direct publisher partnership and ability to find new avenues to generate traffic
