Innovative Metrics Account Sales Representative in Beverly Hills, California

The Account Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for new business acquisition, account growth and optimization within the mortgage lead generation space. The ASR will proactively work on prospecting, closing and growing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Brokers for the Lendgo Network.  The ASR will work closely with their Manager daily as well as with related business partners to ensure a premium experience and a high level of success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.

  • Ability to close transactional sales.

  • Advanced phone sales skills.

  • Remain current and proficient on products and processes in a multi-product environment.

  • Consistently attain monthly sales goals.

  • Make outbound telephone calls to source, follow up on and close new business.

  • Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 or more years B2B sales experience in the mortgage or financial services field.

  • Familiarity with the Mortgage Industry, products and processes is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, social skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Enthusiasm and drive to make outbound telephone calls, obtain referrals, build a robust pipeline and close new business.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team environment.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage day to day tasks.

  • Proactive thinking and problem-solving.

  • Comfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques.

  • Dedicated to delivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

     

    Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience

Incentive Compensation: Eligible for commission
