Great full-time opportunity for an Industrial Automation Maintenance Technician in Bettendorf, IA!

Position Summary: Complete all engineered system assembly, electrical and mechanical, system debug, teardown and installation while meeting company standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Taking initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets.

  • Providing the following system troubleshooting needs: wiring, mechanical assembly.

  • Following safety protocol at all times to ensure your safety as well as the safety of other Teammates.

  • Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, robot logic/path programming, networking.

  • Ensuring system schematics are updated to as-build conditions.

  • Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary (i.e., travel)

  • Assisting in-house customer service support (i.e., training, phone, service calls, etc.)

  • Upholding company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.

  • Traveling for Installations & Service Calls.

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience / Skills:

  • High attention to detail and quality.

  • Able to plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks.

  • Able to keep work area clean and organized.

  • Able to follow directions from peers within the Integration department.

  • Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills.

  • Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes.

  • Technical degree in similar engineering field required, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Machine programming (PLC/HMI) experience - Rockwell, GE.

  • Safety system programming and troubleshooting experience.

  • Network programming and troubleshooting experience.

  • Robot programming experience - Fanuc or ABB.

  • Experience in robotic welding (MIG, TIG, Laser, or Spot) strongly preferred.
