JOB SUMMARY: The Program Assistant provides administrative, logistical, and hands on support for program administrative operations and special initiatives. The role provides administrative support including but not limited to: clerical support, including answering phones, typing, proofreading, filing, copying, organizing, and distributing mail. Assist with all client related processes regarding funds and expenses. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

To support and promote the values and mission statement of RHD through work with Lehigh Valley ACT To identify and respond to the needs of participants and staff in achieving efficient responses to requests and to eliminate barriers limiting productivity in day to day business. To review the participant's appointments, injections due, and other pertinent reports including employee schedules and complete the preparation of the daily team schedule. Identify coverage needs to and assign coverage prior to the daily morning meetings. Following assignment of member's ITT.  Will collaborate with the Team Lead to add appointments to the weekly routine. Monitor team member submissions of service documents for timeliness and accuracy.  Follow up with the team members to identify a corrective action plan to address late submissions of documentation. Conduct chart audits. Assists in team and agency planning activities. Cooperates with participants and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices.  Assures compliance with all regulatory requirements. To work in a collaborative and collegial manner with the other staff, both intra and inter-agency in assisting both program's clients and the program to meet identified goals. Insures the confidentiality of all client and or employee related information. Answer telephone and take messages. Other duties, as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of Company policies and procedures. Knowledge of standard office procedures. Knowledge of alphabetical and numerical filing systems. Knowledge of grammar and composition. Skill in using standard office equipment, such as computer, telephone, copier and FAX machine. Skill in using various software packages. Skill in maintaining organized files and accurate records. Ability to read documents and computer screens. Ability to write and maintain accurate records. Ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to use a personal computer. Ability to work in a team environment. Qualifications 2-3 years of administrative assistant or front office coordination experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent job experience in administrative position required (Mental Health). College degree preferred coursework in general office practices and basic accounting practices
