Description

We are seeking a PART TIME Bookkeeper with great interpersonal skills and a background in accounting to join our team. Available as a long-term contract / temporary to hire position, this PART TIME Bookkeeper role is located in the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania area. Major responsibilities

  • Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

  • Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

  • Conduct and manage the general ledger

  • Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

  • Review payments received and record deposits

  • Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

  • Appease accounts by balancing entries

Requirements - Prior experience using accounting software

  • Paylocity experience

  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience

  • Payroll experience

  • BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
