Miller-Keystone Blood Center Mobile Phlebotomist Lead Staff- AM in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 1074200 Responsible for coordinating all of the activities required to have a successful collection event. Ensures the collection event is in full compliance with all regulatory standards; ensures that the donors receive outstanding customer service, supervises the staff; and ensures that the drive is run efficiently. Review of QC, Incident Reports,16 year old consents and any other required paperwork is completed and accurate before sending back to the Blood Center. Communicates with MUA, DR staff and Coordinator and takes direction from the Regional Mobile Lead Staff.

Hours: 7am to 3pm Full Time Position - Days, Holidays, and Weekend Rotation

Qualifications: * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to problem solve * Excellent Phlebotomy technique * Excellent attendance and performance records * Ability and proven record to follow all MKBC SOP's and procedures * Automated collections experience preferred, willing to learn Automated Collections and pass competency. * Mentoring experience preferred Mileage Reimbursement
