Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician seeking a company that values the contributions of their employees?

people and equine use, is seeking a self-starter who is focused on helping us keep our production lines running safely,

smoothly, and efficiently. If you are independent, organized, and safety focused we want to hear from you!

What the Job Looks Like

As the Maintenance Technician, you will work with the Maintenance team keeping our production equipment operating

in a safe, efficient manner. You will perform the following core job responsibilities:

• Responsible for start-ups, set-ups and changeover of all production line filling equipment

• Proficiency in troubleshooting packaging and labeling machinery, encompassing unscramblers, fillers, cappers,

labelers, pick and place systems and palletizers

• Daily checks of equipment and building systems, diagnose and repair as needed

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspace

• General building maintenance such as painting, carpentry, lighting, plumbing, and snow removal

• Follow all safety processes and procedures

Important Qualifications to your Success

• Able to work the core business hours of 5:30am- 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some required overtime

• Able to climb, balance, walk, stoop, crawl, and maneuver in and around equipment

• Able to lift up to 50lbs. and move up to 100+ lbs. with assistance

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts

• Occasional exposure to high places and moderate to loud noise level

• Able to read and understand schematics and repair manuals

• Experience with common tools, precision measuring instruments, and electronic testing devices

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and programs

• Experience with PLC's and Allen Bradley and RSLogix 500 and 5000 is a plus

• Familiar with 3D modeling and printing is a plus

• Proficient in operating milling machines, lathes and drill presses to manufacture machine components is a plus

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts as well as scissor lifts

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team to complete assignments within specified timelines
