Position Overview

Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors and communities. As a Tote Stacker/Loader, you will stack totes of product from a conveyor line onto a pallet to be loaded onto a trailer.

  • Earn $19.00 per hour + performance based incentives

  • Full time, 1st Shift (6:30am- start time, 4 day week schedule includes a Saturday)

  • Bethlehem, PA

You will contribute by:

  • Loading totes of merchandise onto pallets and ensure damage is avoided

  • Pallet jack

  • Inspecting trailer for damage before loading

  • Utilizing RF handhelds and/or voice to verify loading of pallets

  • Wrapping pallet and stretch wrap

  • Operating battery changing hoist

  • Keeping work area clean

  • Completing inspection forms on equipment operated

  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

  • Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift

  • Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.

  • Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more

  • Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead

  • Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height

  • Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
