CLA is looking to hire a Financial Systems Senior to join our Internal Finance team.

This role works directly with the Director of Financial Systems, to support key Finance stakeholders and develop and deliver best-in-class finance systems solutions.

As a Financial Systems Senior, you will... Administer Workday Business Processes, Security and Reporting Provide technical support and functional expertise to support Workday financial features, including accounts payable/receivable management, General Ledger Functions, budgeting forecasting, and reporting capabilities. Actively partner with Finance functional teams to consult, identify opportunities, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that create efficiencies. Participate in reviewing biannual Workday releases; develop, test, train and deploy new Workday functionality. Provide technical support for additional Finance Systems, as required. Develop reports and audits to ensure data integrity and improve firm performance. Identify trends or root cause behaviors for issues and errors and manage potential solutions. Resolve escalated user issues and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service. Communicate effectively throughout the organization utilizing strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism as it pertains to all job responsibilities.

What you will need... Experience: At least 4 years of ERP or related experience, is required. Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Information Technology or related field). A combination of education, training and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. Technical Competencies (required): Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Exceptional time management & prioritization skills. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Workday Finance experience is highly preferred. Travel: This position requires <10% travel.
