RMC is hiring a Customer Service Representative in support of our customer at the Navel Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division in Bethesda, MD. The selected applicant will have at least two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and NMCI (or equivalent) systems (NET and SRM). The selected applicant will also have experience supporting an NMCI (or equivalent) contract. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s).

  • Providing written and verbal systems status and updates to system stakeholders.

  • Providing tier 1 technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems.

  • Documenting internal procedures and supporting change management.

  • Assisting with the user onboarding, documenting, and tracking seat orders and delivery statuses.

  • Supporting user account creation and providing oversight of the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process.

Requirements:

  • The selected applicant must possess an IAT I 8570.01 baseline certification (A+ CE, CCNA, etc.).

  • The selected applicant must possess certifications/trainings in the following Operating System (Microsoft): Windows 10, Windows 11.

  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    RMC employees may be subject to current COVID protocol requirements in order to access government facilities.
