First Commonwealth Bank EFG IT Administrator in Berwyn, Pennsylvania

The IT Administrator will provide end user support and solve computer problems; tracking and documenting issues to resolution. Administer systems, data imports/exports, security and password resets. Manage applications testing and Production deployment processes. Develop/maintain procedure documentation for IT processes and tasks.

Essential Job Responsibilities__

  1. Provides 1st level support for First Commonwealth Equipment Finance employees.

  2. Identifies and escalates situations requiring urgent attention. Tracks and routes incidents to appropriate groups and documents resolutions, as appropriate.

  3. Administers systems utilized by First Commonwealth Equipment Finance related to business critical applications.

  4. Performs user, application and API password resets. Manages users and security profiles.

  5. Administers data import/export related appliance and processes.

  6. Manages EFG e-form Work Requests and Technical Services Security Requests.

  7. Completes administrative tasks associated semi-annual application security reviews.

  8. Manages new hire security, applications and systems setup processes.

  9. Coordinates, leads and documents application release testing.

  10. Manages application Change Request process and deployment.

  11. Documents, maintains and participates in development of procedures to support departmental processes and standard operating procedures.

  12. Performs project assistance as needed including high risk, complex projects, and participates on project teams as assigned.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___

  1. Position requires High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.

  2. Minimum of 1 year of IT experience is required. Experience in Banking, Finance and/or Equipment Finance industries a plus.

  3. Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing technical support is required.

  4. Experience with Microsoft Office products and other emerging technologies is required.

  5. Experience in working with Salesforce a plus and/or preferred.

  6. May be eligible for Telecommuting
