Description:

The Practice Manager at Loyola Medical Group, multispecialty Riverside building location reports to the Regional Director, Ambulatory and they are responsible for all daily operations, including management of all front-line non-exempt staff, ensuring appropriate clinical operations, adherence to budgets, adherence to regulatory standards, patient experience (including quality, safety, and satisfaction), and experience of physicians and staff.

What's required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Master's Degree, OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education preferred.

  • 2 years of healthcare job-related experience; 3-5 years preferred.

  • Experience working within a clinical environment required.

  • Prior experience working within the outpatient setting preferred.

  • Prior experience in academic medical centers preferred.

  • People management experience preferred, but not required.

  • RN license is NOT required.
