Design Group Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift in BERWICK, Pennsylvania

  • Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintenance, installations and repair of all manufacturing machinery in a high-speed production environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintaining safe, clean and orderly work environment.
  • Requesting MRO supplies as needed to maintain production.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Required Experience:

  • Past, proven experience in manufacturing maintenance and mechanic work strongly desired.
  • 2+ yrs. industrial mechanical exp., motor controls, basic PLC & computer knowledge needed.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic to intermediate electrical knowledge, a plus.
  • Receptiveness to overtime required in department.
  • Receptiveness to attending training opportunities provided by Company and its vendors.
  • Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 50lbs. without assistance.
