Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pipe Welders for projects located in the Berlin, NH area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $45-50/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Pipe Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

  • Lay out steel assemblies according to shop drawings

  • Mark steel with AWS welding symbols

  • Tack welding parts and complete welds based on inspected fitup piece marks

  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings

  • Use various measuring tools

  • Operate welding machines

  • Produce quality welds using SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and Stud

Requirements

  • Experience in structural and/or miscellaneous metal welding

  • OSHA 10 is a plus

  • Reliable transportation

  • 3+ years in steel shop layout, and welding

  • Qualification under D1.1 AWS welding standards
