What you'll do

Project Management

  • Manage a seamless and timely execution of project task

  • Communicate to internal global team members

  • Scope: Global and regional projects

Administrative Support

  • Administrative Support of global leader (eg. schedule meetings with business partners)

  • Structure Follow-ups in projects

  • Meeting preparation

  • Social Media (eg. Linkedin Posts)

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: any

  • Computer skills: Powerpoint, Excel

  • Language skills: fluent in English, German and other languages as a plus

  • Soft skills: Team player, expert in organizing, creative, proactive, communicative, reliable

  • Others: interest in multicultural and international work experience

SAP Signavio has been acquired by SAP in 2022. We still have a level of automony and are seen as a hypergrowth start-up within a corporation. Our mission is to scale our business with our partners in Sales and Consulting delivery.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
