Your Role and Responsibilities

Als Senior Managing Consultant - Success Factors bist du ein/e kundenorientierter Expertin, der/die zugeschnittene Dienstleistungen verkauft und implementiert und dabei die gesamte Bandbreite der IBM Angebote und Technologien nutzt. Ein erfolgreicher Consultant wird von den/dem Kundinnen als vertrauenswrdiger Beraterin angesehen, der/die gemeinsam mit den/dem Kundinnen innovative LÖsungen fr die anspruchsvollsten GeschÄftsprobleme erarbeitet.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Mit unseren Kund_innen zusammen, erarbeitest du Analysen und Konzepte, die du dann fr die Implementierung und Optimierung derer GeschÄftsprozesse im HR-Umfeld nutzt

  • Darber hinaus begleitest du die Umsetzung eines SAP SuccessFactor Moduls (z.B. Employee Central oder Recruiting) bei unseren Kund_innen

  • Du arbeitest in nationalen und/oder internationalen SAP SuccessFactors Implementierungen und Weiterentwicklungen

  • Uns ist wichtig, dass du dich in unsere fachlichen IBM internen Communities einbringst, das wollen und fÖrdern wir

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang

  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich SAP HCM mit Personalabrechnung (Payroll), Personalzeitwirtschaft (PT), Organisationsmanagement (OM) und/oder SAP SuccessFactors

  • Zertifizierung in mindestens einem SAP SF Modul

  • Erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Fhrung eines Teams

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch & Englisch fließend in Schrift und Sprache
