  • Du bist die gute Seele des proaktiven Sales Teams, die den Überblick behält und die Aufgaben strategisch bearbeitet

  • Erledigung allgemeiner Bürotätigkeiten zur Unterstützung (Ablage, E-Mail-Korrespondenz, etc.)

  • Vorbereitung verkaufsbezogener Dokumente während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses (z.B. Angebote, Verträge oder Bestellungen für Bankettveranstaltungen)

  • Anwendung von Verkaufstechniken, die den Umsatz maximieren und gleichzeitig die Loyalität der Gäste gegenüber JW Marriott aufrechterhalten

  • Du hältst die Augen und Ohren offen für interessante Projekte und neue Kunden

  • Beantwortung von Gästefragen zu Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen des Hotels (z.B. Öffnungszeiten, Preise und Zimmertypen, Pauschalangebote, Werbeaktionen, Restaurants, Sonderveranstaltungen, etc.)

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden und kommunizierst mit ihnen per Telefon und E-Mail, um auf Fragen und Wünsche zu reagieren

  • Förderung des Markenbewusstseins nach innen und außen

  • Die Planung von Kundenveranstaltungen und die interne Kommunikation bereiten Dir viel Freude

  • Du erstellst Statistiken für die kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Analyse aller Verkaufsaktivitäten

  • CONTENT IS KING ... Du pflegst unsere Online-Portale für einen professionellen Internet-Auftritt

  • Sammeln von Materialien und Zusammenstellen von Informationspaketen (z.B. Broschüren, Werbematerialien, etc.)

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Hotel- / Marketingmanagement

  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in der gehobenen Hotellerie von Vorteil

  • Freundliches, aufmerksames und kompetentes Auftreten gegenüber unseren KollegInnen und Gästen

  • Herausragendes Engagement und uneingeschränkte Dienstleistungsbereitschaft

  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie ein großes Interesse an Team-Arbeit

  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und Kulturen

  • Digitale Affinität und Freude an zielgerichteter Kommunikation, intern und extern
