Your opportunity:

As Product Marketing Manager, you will work in collaboration with the Country Marketing Manager, holding responsibility for the development and execution of our country market strategy, new product launches, portfolio management and other activities designed to increase the net value and vitality index growth of Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Global Marketing and Marketing Communications to deliver compelling product narratives and innovative go-to-market strategies.

  • Own, customize and deploy marketing strategies in DACH region to achieve business plan and profitability goals

  • Partner with local teams to localise marketing strategies, facilitate execution and ensure objectives, as outlined in the annual marketing and/or brand plans are met

  • Build strong relationships with key centers, opinion leaders, subject matter experts and customers across DACH to identify, develop and activate brand champions

  • Manage the day-to- day responsibilities of Hologic marketing execution – from hands-on operational work to coordinating with agencies, partners and distributors for execution, holding them accountable for contractual deliverables and KPIs.

  • Analyze market data including funding, policy, competitive activity and regulatory requirements and alter strategies as necessary to inform marketing planning, business strategies and accessible market quantification.

  • Participate in industry symposia, medical meetings, and monitor the segment's business, and clinical publications

  • Full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits.

  • Initiate market research to determine unmet needs, product requirements, acceptance, market trends and forces, success of promotional campaign

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the breast and skeletal health landscape.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support product launches, sales training, and promotional activities.

  • Create engaging and informative product content for a variety of channels, including digital marketing, sales collateral, and educational materials.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the ability to translate technical product features into customer benefits.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Fluent in English, with German language skills being a plus.
