Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and operationally astute Junior Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in our financial operations, supporting our strategic goals while ensuring the efficient management of our financial resources.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable/payable, including daily activities like payment runs and allocation of incoming payments
Administer business credit cards and expense reimbursement, ensuring accurate documentation
Provide prompt support on billing-related inquiries and offer financial guidance and support to team members to enhance understanding and compliance
Provide monthly reporting and support annual financial statements
Collaborate across functions to improve financial processes
Conduct financial analysis and support contract negotiations
Monitor document compliance and handle administrative tasks
Assist with office management and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency
Outstanding analytical abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail guarantee precise financial reporting and seamless invoice processing
Proficiency in financial software and Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German
