What do you contribute?

  • Join our Turnkey Business Unit which wins and executes our biggest, most complex and interdisciplinary projects across the globe.

  • In this newly created Global function, you will be responsible for centrally setting standards, bundling and managing knowledge and ensuring adequate staffing across sales, bids, and project execution

  • You will manage a global team with a diverse range of expertise in fields of, among others, scheduling, document management, competence management and partnering.

  • Reporting directly to the Business Unit CEO, you will be a manager of approximately 50 employees.

  • You will plan bid and project management capacity, prioritize tasks and allocate resources

  • Moreover, you will optimize the preparation of bids and support the whole lifecycle of the project by further developing the organization, processes, and personnel.

  • You will drive the exchange of best practices and make “lessons learned” available cross-BU.

What do you bring along?

  • You hold a Master’s Degree in an engineering or management discipline.

  • Additionally, you have longtime experience in project, bid management or sales. Especially, you have a deep understanding of interrelationship of different functions in a project.

  • You have a background in an industry involving highly complex projects (e.g. aviation or rail).

  • Furthermore, you have practical experience in the technical and disciplinary management of larger teams. Long term Management experience

  • You are used to working in international project environments with intercultural competence.

  • Experiences in consulting environments are nice to have.

  • For your task in global responsibility you bring along fluent English skills as well as willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
