Übersicht:

Die Produktentwicklung am Standort Berlin entwickelt Relais und Hochvoltschütze für den Automobilbereich, insbesondere für die Elektromobilität, vom ersten Entwurf bis zum Serienprodukt. Zum Aufbau erforderlicher Prototypen entwerfen Sie die notwendigen Montage-, Mess- und Testvorrichtungen und unterstützen beim Aufbau der Erstmuster. Außerdem helfen Sie, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt- und Fertigungsingenieuren, bei der Definition der Fertigungsprozesse. Weiterhin unterstützen Sie den Konstrukteur beim fertigungsgerechten Design der Komponenten.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Vorrichtungen und Werkzeugen zur Herstellung von Komponenten und Baugruppen für Erstmuster, sowie des erforderlichen Mess- und Testequipments

  • Planung und Organisation der Anfertigung von Erprobungsmustern

  • Koordination von Musterbauaktivitäten

  • Unterstützung bei der Konstruktion von Relais und Hochvoltschützen

  • Unterstützung bei serienbegleitenden Qualitäts- und Kostenoptimierungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Techniker, Bachelor oder Master in Maschinenbau/ Feinwerktechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges

  • Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Maschinenbau durch eine Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker, Werkzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung in den Verfahren Spritzgießen, Stanzen, Biegen sowie mit Montageprozessen

  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion mit einem 3D-CAD System, vorzugsweise CREO

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau

  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Wünschenswert wäre eine mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen in der Automobilindustrie

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office

  • Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

  • Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
