Summary:

Contract- Warehouse Worker at Greentech Renewables- St. Louis

This is a year end contract for a warehouse position that entails moving modules & rail as well as stacking and wrapping pallets.

At the conclusion of the contract is a bonus for contract completion.

Reports to: Location Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to move heavy boxes (minimum of 35 lbs.).

  • Clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college work or degree preferred.

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Demonstrated capacity to learn quickly, work hard, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sit down forklift trained

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience in warehouse environment

  • Experience in a labor job

Working Conditions:

  • Walking, bending, lifting on a concrete floor

  • Hot and cold temperatures depending on the weather

  • Interacting with both staff and customers on a daily basis

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

  • Efficiently handle shipping and receiving tasks using UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight companies.

  • Accurately stage and pull customer orders.

  • Involve in wire cutting for customer orders and restocking as necessary.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse (including sweeping and trash disposal).

  • Contribute to the team by proactively taking on additional responsibilities.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $25 to $25 hourly.
