Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Solutions Client Partner. This role is pivotal in driving the development and delivery of Axtria's clinical solutions to our fast-growing list of clients. The Clinical Solutions Client Partner will lead senior client relationships, identify opportunities for Axtria’s Clinical COE, develop and implement new solutions and capabilities, and ensure delivery excellence and customer success.  This is a true “sell and deliver” model where you will be responsible for building and growing key accounts for our Clinical COE and working within the COE to create new offerings, enable BD activities, and expand the practice.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales and delivery activities for client projects and be responsible for growing the accounts and growing the Clinical COE practice.

  • Build and nurture senior client relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target client organizations, leveraging existing industry network to accelerate client introductions.

  • Innovative thinker – and the ability to work with clients to identify solutions to key business needs.  Also – translating business needs of clients to solution offerings in the COE

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for COE capabilities to drive revenue growth and market expansion, leveraging Axtria's technology and tech-enabled services.

  • Collaborate with internal Axtria stakeholders to align execution and delivery efforts with overall company business units and work across onshore and offshore technology teams.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the COE team of subject matter experts, client engagement leads, and line-of-business leads to foster a results-driven culture to grow our business and attain more recognition and visibility in the marketplace.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.

  • Operate with a startup mentality, making quick decisions and adapting strategies based on market feedback and client opportunities.

  • Ensure high ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

     

    Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with deep familiarity in Life Science R&D processes, clinical trial processes, clinical systems and data flows, and a strong understanding for AI applications in the space. 

  • Proven track record in account leadership, developing accounts, and business development including identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong experience developing and executing effective business development strategies leveraging technology and tech-enabled services to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Dynamic personality, exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong network within the industry and ability to leverage relationships to accelerate client introductions.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on defining and measuring success and delivering tangible outcomes.

  • High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to compliance and transparency.
