We are looking for a full time Sales & Marketing Assistant (based in our Antwerp Sales Office) to join our Benelux team.

This role plays a key part in supporting the local marketing and sales teams, facilitating the achievement of business objectives for the designated product lines within the Operating Room Solutions (ORS) business area, ensuring the successful implementation of the Benelux strategy.

Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers on promotional campaigns.

  • Organize meetings, conferences, and workshops to meet marketing targets.

  • Provide comprehensive product information to support the sales force.

  • Coordinate sponsorships, advertisements, congresses, and literature subscriptions.

  • Develop and update clinical training material in collaboration with Product Managers.

  • Analyze competitor information and market trends.

  • Manage external/internal communication of product news/changes.

  • Control inventory and coordinate advertising and promotional materials.

  • Ensure consistency in branding for local promotional materials.

  • Coordinate product complaints.

    Preferred background

  • 1 year experience in a sales and/or marketing department and/or experience from event and project coordination

  • Bachelor/HBO degree or equivalent through experience

  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is an additional asset.
