Mölnlycke is now looking for an Account Manager Wound Care in Flanders.

Purpose of the position

Responsible for developing the business with focus on targeted accounts and sales opportunities to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. Implementing country and cluster strategy for growth, marketing and launch of campaigns, products and services.

In this role you are:

  • Responsible for developing relationships with decision makers and other key stakeholders in order to reach agreed sales targets.

  • Responsible for developing and executing on account plans in line with local strategies.

  • Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing a healthy pipeline to secure existing and develop new business.

  • Responsible for reporting and maintaining customer data, sales opportunities and activities in CRM.

  • Proposing new and smarter ways of working to Sales Manager.

  • Responsible for actively identify and provide input on competitive information and other relevant market insights such as adjustment in local policies to strengthen business intelligence.

  • Proposals for adjusting strategy, tactics and actions planned based on market insights and competitive information.

  • Complaint handling according to Mölnlycke policy.

  • Responsible for execution on defined pretender and tender implementation plans.

  • Responsible for identifying and building relationships with local KOLs

    What we are looking for:

  • Nursing or business degree preferred but not essential

  • Proven sales experience within medical devices in an OR-environment

  • Good understanding of the local healthcare market

  • Product & clinical knowledge

  • Selling skills

  • Planning

  • Customer Insights

  • Communication

  • Driving license

  • Display exceptional customer service focused to follow through and accountability

  • Independent, energetic, confident, creative, resourceful

  • Good sense of business acumen

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years within a sales environment.

  • Relevant healthcare experience within a wound care or medical device environment

  • A proven track record in account management incorporating clinical and economic arguments

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals.

  • Languages knowledge: Dutch and English fluent
