As the Senior Manager of Digital Media Marketing on our Sam's Club Member Access Platform (MAP) team, you will be an individual contributor that supports our growth goals and increases awareness of the MAP brand. You will come to the table with fresh ideas, ready to brainstorm and have the creative mindset to do "more with less." Our business is moving with tremendous speed while delivering impactful results to grow the MAP business.

Directly reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will help determine the strategy for how we show up in market to ensure we are promoting awareness and interest for MAP among our target audiences. You will lead several B2B marketing channels like MAP's website, social media, paid media, and speaking engagements and guide the feedback phase in which results are evaluated. You will be creatively motivated, have experience achieving measurable marketing results, experience leading projects and teams forward, and will collaborate with peers across other teams and external vendors.

Growth in our digital advertising business is important to Sam's overall growth strategy, and is achieved when your digital expertise drives growth and helps sell more goods online and offline.

What you'll do:

  • Support the creation of integrated B2B marketing plans , inclusive of developing the strategy and tactical plans, and executive level presentations.

  • Identify, research, and recommend strategic and purposeful industry speaking opportunities ; support vetting of all opportunities in partnership with Corporate Communications and Events teams.

  • Manage our paid channels from strategy to execution. This is inclusive of all channels and types of campaigns.

  • Manage owned channel content strategy (e.g., website, partner sites, LinkedIn). Work with copywriters to produce the content.

  • Support leadership prep for both paid sponsorships and earned speaking engagements.

  • Be the single contact for all industry publishers, trades, and social partners.

  • Develop creative briefs and spec guides for internal design team and agency partners for all paid initiatives.

  • Create end-to-end email/lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • Partner with Business Operations and Product Marketing to implement the tools needed to deploy, measure, track, and report the effectiveness of all paid B2B campaigns.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in Marketing or other relevant fields.

  • 5+ years experience buying media, developing content, and events strategy.

  • Expert at translating internal narratives into public-facing content.

  • Executive-level presence, especially related to building compelling and easy to interpret presentations that inform decision-making.

  • Excel in a large matrix environment with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Experience working in a startup environment and doing more with less.

  • Experience in eCommerce or ad tech.

  • Experience working with legal, privacy and corporate communications teams.

HOBOKEN, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-09930:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
