About the Team
The Network Design team within the Last Mile Delivery organization designs the outbound eCommerce transportation network, leveraging analytics to optimize network speed, cost, and service. As a fast-growing network, you will have the opportunity to build initiatives and frameworks on which to grow the business and influence the future state of the network. To do this, you will manage complex data, analyze existing and future opportunities to optimize the network, and work with operations and cross-functional partners to drive network improvements.

Experience in eCommerce Transportation or Supply Chain.
SQL and Tableau skills to make data-driven decisions and report on key metrics.

You'll make an impact through the following job functions:
Network Design - Design and influence the outbound transportation network through lane planning, carrier capacity management, and network optimization. Drive speed and cost improvements for the customers by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities to get packages to customers faster and cheaper.
Analytics : Leverage SQL and Tableau to deep dive network opportunities. Develop data visualizations to monitor and quantify the business impact of various decisions and key metrics.
Strategic thinking - Make data-driven business decisions based strategic and operational requirements and priorities.
Partnership and Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams such as Inventory Planning, Operations, and Analytics to drive customer-focused solutions to network opportunities.

You understand transportation or supply chain, whether in Retail ecommerce environment or similar industries
You are a problem solver and creative thinker: you think about finding the best solution that will work in days, instead of the perfect one that requires weeks.
You learn and adapt quickly, and are excellent at working on multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.
You have excellent general modeling and data processing skills.
You are customer-centric in spirit and in execution.
You work well with ambiguity.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
