Job Description

The Business Operations and Hospitality Supervisor role is accountable for the facilities management and workplace operations for our Bentonville office. This includes hospitality and customer services, client welcome experience, employee events, etc.

This role is responsible for: facility and building management services such as life safety functions, asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery and logistics.

The Business Operations and Hospitality Supervisor will work closely with the Workplace manager to execute their strategic direction and vision for the office as it pertains to internal and external stakeholders and ensure that we exceed customer experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Accenture's Workplace Solutions operations across Accenture business entities within the areas of responsibility.

  • Plan and manage daily office operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives and our customer and hospitality experience.

  • Assist with development of annual operating budget and complete monthly budget and variance review.

  • Oversee procurement and accounts payable activities for Facilities suppliers and vendors.

  • Oversee completion of small space renovation projects.

  • Set, drive, and enforce policies and service standards, ensuring appropriate corporate control and local business relevance.

  • Plan, manage and account for Workplace service delivery and daily office operations within the areas of responsibility.

  • Design and implement programs/processes to deliver performance improvements to, existing operating models, technologies, and business applications to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy.

  • Manage key relationships with external service providers (negotiate and manage contracts) and act as a point of contact for vendors and landlords.

  • Manage key relationships between Workplace Solutions and internal leadership, stakeholders, other customer groups, and vendors to ensure correct alignment with business priorities.

  • Provide leadership, direction, development, and supervision of team and provide support of and input to human resources processes including career development, training development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management.

  • Accountable for the oversight and implementation of reception services, facility management, life safety policies and procedures. Also responsible for space management, event coordination, document services, floor operations support, space utilization management, billing/invoicing and additional location services.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met.

Job Requirements

  • This role will be in Bentonville, AR

  • The hours are typically 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday but flexibility is required for this role

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

Preferred Skills

  • College degree preferred

  • Experience independently completing a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set-up, A/V support, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services

  • Experience managing the delivery of space renovation projects

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
