Family owned, multi state farm is seeking an independent, motivated person who can problem solve and multi task in a demanding office environment.  Candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.  Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Payroll, Payroll taxes, Banking/Reconciliations, General Ledger, Audits, Tax Preparation, Allocations,  Employee Registration, Financial Statements, Business phone/mail/Email correspondence, and other farm-office related tasks.  Office hours are flexible; however, the applicant should expect to work more hours in the busy summer season.  Bilingual Spanish/English skills are helpful, but not required
