Restaurant General Manager

Job Description:

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to:

  • Managing and leading a team of employees

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service

  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies

  • Creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Managing finances and creating budgets

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
