Intel System Validation/Debug Engineer in Bengaluru, India

Job Description

We are looking for experienced FPGA System Engineers to contribute to our next generation FPGA Fabric, Transceiver Tiles and End-to-End FPGA solutions.In this role, responsibilities may include, but not limited to: * Post-silicon hardware validation and debug of next generation FPGA and high-speed Transceiver tiles *Lead definition of validation strategies, validation plans, content development, and drive execution and debug with cross functional teams. * Development of methodologies and capabilities that enable efficiency and effectiveness of post-silicon test content including synthesizable FPGA designs and scripts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in: *Strong experience in FPGA/SoC/ASIC architecture, development, validation and debug cycle * Exposure in pre-silicon validation/verification flows in simulation or emulation would be an added advantage. * Expertise in full-chip level post-silicon validation of FPGA/SoC/ASIC products, including familiarity with Python/C/TCL. * Expertise in FPGA or ASIC board bring-up and debug including JTAG, internal/external logic analyzers, protocol analyzers and oscilloscope. Use of specialized test equipment like IXIA/Spirent testers, etc. * Experience with PCIe/Ethernet/Memory protocols and FPGA configuration flows would be an added advantage In addition, the ideal candidate is expected to have, *Skills and ability to be a self-starter, ramp quickly on new technologies and collaborate closely with stake holders to drive quality and efficiency. * Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. * Good communication skills, verbal and written. * Strong inclination to innovation to drive efficiency

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
