Job Description Summary
As Staff Test Automation & Reliability Architect with CT Digital team, you will be responsible to qualify Digital Applications for system integration. You'll be responsible to define Automation & reliability charter, drive execution and run free forms. Automate as appropriate, be responsible for end to end qualification & reliability of the Applications.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Qualify integration of multiple features and components in system
You'll be responsible to define test & reliability charter, drive execution both manual and automated.
You are expected to perform free forms testing
You are expected to initiate, introduce new processes to streamline the verification & reliability process and drive Technical Design reviews for the same
Integrate project testing with CI/CD pipeline.
Conducted load, stress and endurance tests along with platform components integrated
You shall lead the external contractors automating the manual test cases & also building reliability Infra.
Break down problems and estimate time required for quality related tasks
Demonstrate increasing expertise in application domain and functional areas
Apply various testing types and methodologies effectively during SDLC
Take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Work independently and delivers testing and use case creation which meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
Write effective tests according to best practices so that crucial functional requirements are verified and tests remain valid when code is refactored
Begin to collaborate with development team in bugs fixing and build plans
Collaborate with Quality & Reliability Leaders in creating test plans and driving Reliability effective (IPTE) numbers
Implement and configures testing tools and at times help junior staff
Implement system-level integration testing
Be skilled in core data structures and algorithms
Define quality metrics, best practices and coding patterns, and provides deep expertise on the coding
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with basic experience.
10+ Years of experience in technology
Technical expertise
8+ years or more professional experience System & Integration Testing and Reliability exposure
Exposure to microservice technology
Demonstrable experience and fluency with Test design Technique Experience in creating verification plan & controlling Verification execution Experience with Java testing frameworks (selenium/cucumber).
Experience with and understanding of Git Experience working in Scrum agile environment.
Strong ability to analyze requirements and develop a risk based approach to testing Working knowledge on Linux based OS Exposure to Healthcare Domain.
Able to embrace frequent changes; Problem-solving mentality; Good communication and reporting skills, both in writing and oral (in English)
Desired Skills
Experience in writing & Maintaining Automation using selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured
Having DevOps expertise CI/CD pipelines would be plus
Hand-on experience in any scripting language
Experience in Medical Device Testing
