Job Description Summary

As the Enterprise Application Engineer, you will be working on multiple projects as a technical expert or internal consultant. You will work on projects for components of the domain. You will work on multiple technical or functional domains related Siebel CRM Modules.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with Product Owner and Technical Product Managers to support effective intake, refinement, testing, and delivery of development request

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Siebel platform and ecosystem.

• Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level.

• Lead technical design sessions; architect, estimate, and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end states.

• Perform high-impact development (configuration or code) to solve complex problems, reduce technical debt, and implement best practices that sustainably achieve strategic business objectives.

• Lead development reviews for pull requests to ensure quality and application of appropriate design patterns.

• Maintain definition of development standards, environment strategy, deployment processes, and development workflows for the Siebel team.

• Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance and mentorship to developers

Education Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with basic experience.

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of CRM industry and Siebel platform experience

• Experience with Siebel development in Configuration, e-Scripting, Workflows, Open UI

• Proven hands-on expertise on Siebel EAI and API for integrations

• Skilled level expertise in design of cloud solutions to meet business application system qualities

• Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction

aligning with business goals

• Understands concepts of software deployments and configurations

• Familiar with automation techniques and tools

• Understands how to adapt applications on cloud computing platforms to drive cloud adoption

• Understand key cross-functional concepts that impact the organization; is aware of

business priorities and organizational dynamics

• Delivers tasks on-time with alignment to architectural goals.

• Can identify and raise issues, risks and benefits

• Participates in change initiatives by implementing new directions and providing appropriate

information and feedback
