What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and supporting Employee Central solutions, with a strong technical competency in various aspects of Employee Central configuration and customization.

The skills you’ll need

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring 5+ years of SAP experience, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Have been involved in at least 2 end-to-end implementation/support projects involving Employee Central.

• Possess strong knowledge and experience in Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, OData APIs, Reports, etc.

• Ability to manage escalations and expectations with strong communication skills.

• Ability to map requirements in Functional Design Documents or Business Process Design.

• Experience in Rollout projects, proposing Data Migration Approach, highlighting risks and issues.

• Certification in Employee Central is preferred but not mandatory.

• Preference given to professional certification candidates with end-to-end implementations experience.

• Proven track record in implementing and supporting Employee Central solutions.

• Strong technical competency in various aspects of Employee Central configuration and customization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.

• Extremely strong hands-on experience with data loads and data migration.

• Ability to create & setup workflows notifications, define new and update business rules.

• Experience working on event reasons and derivations, setting custom MDF’s and related workflows/rules.

• Proficiency in Data Imports and Exports at Employee and Foundation Data.

• Knowledge on Structure and Function of generic and foundation objects.

• Experience with Home page configuration and Permissions.

• Knowledge of integration with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.

• Experience on Adhoc and ORD Reports and integration center is desirable.

• Knowledge of agile software development process.

• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communications skills.

• Extremely strong stakeholder management is required.
